SHIPPING POLICY
Flat rate domestic shipping (excludes bulky or special handling items). For bulky or special handling items, select ‘request quote' at the checkout.
Standard orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within two business days.
If you wish to purchase a large, heavy or delicate item that would require shipping, please select the 'request quote' shipping option. We will then hold the product until we can provide you an accurate shipping cost. Once the shipping costs have been agreed upon, shipping payment can then be made and the product dispatched.
You can return full priced items for Store Credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Items purchased from our sale collection are final sales unless deemed faulty.

Returned items must be in perfect condition with no damage to the item or the packaging.
We recommend using registered post or a traceable courier when returning an item, as we will not accept responsibility for return items lost in transit to us.
Exchange items will be processed as a return and a new sale and will incur shipping fees.
Shipping charges will be waived if the returned item is faulty only.
We are unable to exchange or refund sale items or personal body products, such as earrings or skin care.
