Returns

You can return full priced items for Store Credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Items purchased from our sale collection are final sales unless deemed faulty. 

For an exchange, contact us at shop@kennedyandgrace.com.au and return the item within 14 days of receipt:

Returned items must be in perfect condition with no damage to the item or the packaging.

We recommend using registered post or a traceable courier when returning an item, as we will not accept responsibility for return items lost in transit to us.

Exchange items will be processed as a return and a new sale and will incur shipping fees.

Shipping charges will be waived if the returned item is faulty only.

We are unable to exchange or refund sale items or personal body products, such as earrings or skin care.
